This post changed from one with i3/i5 to both i5. The one with fullHD, 8GB RAM and M.2 SSD should be one you won't have to upgrade later. That gets my nod.
I am going to buy a college laptop, I will be using it mostly for surfing the net, watching movies, using Word, Power Point etc.
I am considering two of Dell Vostro 5568 models, they both have 15.6", Intel Core i5-7200U, HDD 1000GB with M.2. The cheaper one has 4GB RAM and HD, the more expensive 8GB and FullHD. Memory isn't the problem as I am planning to buy more RAM and SSD later, depending on my future needs. I am just wondering about the resolution because FullHD costs a bit more than I planned to spend. So is it worth spending more money on laptop with FullHD or it is not really necessary for the usage I mentioned?
