Stuck Picture

Ok i have this little problem, my friend at work decided to get a picture off the internet and add it as my desktop background. So after laughing i changed it back to what i had. The problem is that on start up it shows the picture that my friend put on and then it goes to my picture. I know this really isn't that big of a problem but it is annoying a i just personaly don't like it please help! how do i get rid of that picture or just find the stinking thing!

I can't answer why Microsoft left this one unfixed. Change the desktop one more time. The old image moves to the one you see on boot.

There are other bugs like this.
