My computer is stuck in safe mode what do I do to get out?

Is the system always booting into safe mode? If so either the registry for the Master Boot record is corrupted, or a Hardware device is not loading. The simplest method is first reboot the system, to view if it starts up and boots into desktop. If so every thing is fine.

I would just go back and restore the registry to last one that started right since you probably won't be able to find what is causing it unless you are familar with the registry and drivers that load or don't load right....to restore the registry start computer in msdos then at the c prompt type:
scanreg/restore
this will take you to a list of dates then just pick the latest date and restore it....
