Streamline process

I have a PDF with Data to create business letters to 100 or more people. How do I stream line the process without typing a 100 letters? Thank you in advance for your help.

PDF with Data

I deleted your other post since it asked the same question as this one.

What is a "PDF with Data"?

Where did this PDF come from?

If the original document is in Word format, did you try a simple Mail Merge type process?

A pdf is meant to be read by humans from the screen or from a printout. Obviously, you can.

So now type all that data into a spreadsheet (one row per person, each column a "field") and do mail-merge with MS Word.
It might be easier to ask the person who made that pdf-file if he can sent the data in a more useful format, so you don't have to retype everything.

Can I have your Email to show you what it is? This might be helpful.

You can mail me (PM me, so to say) via the "E-mail" link in my profile. You can reach my profile by clicking on my (blue) username.
Then I've got your email and we can communicate more privately.
