Streaming Video what is better

I am looking to add network storage to my home network to support the streaming of video to my Vista Media Center system. Which is a better option; Windows Home Server or a Media Hub, such as the Linksys/Cisco NMH410? I already have the high speed network infrastrucure (1 Gbps) in place...

I saw that Linksys/Cisco has a new Media Hub which includes a TB of disk storage with an additional bay to add another disk or to support disk mirroring. The device has a desktop foot print for the storage, managment, and sharinf of video, music and photos, at home or via Internet. Additioanlly is has ports for compact flash devices, SD cards and Memory Stick, plus files found within your network and provides automated Backup protection. This sounds like a competitive product to Windows Home Server....
