strange wound

Im not sure if I picked up this rogue wave file from ESPN or what. I have noticed that thare are certain advertizements on a sidebar that have accompanying wav files. I have looked through my wave files and cannot find this particular one to delete it. It is possible that it is specific only to the site Im visiting, but if I recall, I am getting in at other times too. Its rather difficult to describe the sound. If I had to Id say it sounds like the buzz of a bug and then the sound of a rock hitting a car windshield. Has anyone heard this wav file? Any ideas on how to get rid of this annoyance would be greatly appreciated.
