Strange problem with keyboard

Hi, i recently bought a new keyboard and its working perfectly fine with my win 7 machine, but on win 10 machine there appear to be a problem. Some keys(C, S, K, F5) dont work, but they work in combination with other keys etc C works when D is pressed, S works if Q is pressed. When i turned on input analyzer for keyboard it appears that when i press any of those buttons (C, S, K, F5) it shows like F7 is pressed. Anyone know solution ?

I usually use SharpKeys to undo maps. As in https://www.howtogeek.com/250021/how-do-you-reset-a-keyboards-mapping-after-an-april-fools-prank-wrecks-it/

But if you find this fixes it, leave it.

It doesnt work... Its still weird to me how C works when D is held down, S works when Q is held down etc ..

Tried to reset it, still nothing. Other keyboard works fine. But this keyboard works nice on other computer

Over the years I've have Genius brand products and once in a while they are funky.

-> The research on this keyboard didn't find much but there were others with complaints but not same as yours.

ONE LAST TRY. Did you install their Keyboard software? Be sure to get the latest from the Genius site.
