Just today I read this about a game. They wrote:
"We recognize the audio problems and failure to launch game in some Windows XP environments, and working to fix it.
Sorry for the inconvenience. Please wait for a while. "
XP's support is ending and let's hope you try the latest drivers and pester the folk that left you with this PC.

I am running with xp pro. I am using the hdmi output of my nvidia video card for my sound. I have now disabled realtec drivers and currently have sound.
The problem is that I will occasionally lose sound. It happened again today. When I goto the sound tab in Sounds and Audio place, I have to click on any given sound several times. Sometimes I will get nothing, sometimes a bit of sound, sometimes I can get a very faint sound, and sometimes, if I click enough times, I will get the whole sound. I have been having the problem for a while and have been about to, eventually, fix it (although I have no idea what I did to do that <g>![]()
I have no problem with my keyboard.
Thoughts?
Thank you........
