Strange Message ...Windows 7 IE8 & Google Chrome

Nov 27, 2010 2:30AM PST

I have suddenly started getting a little Pop-up Box, no particular time, that says "password & username do not match dorich-06". Has anyone any idea what this means. My computer has started running slow and a lot of the time today refuses to open pages.

Do you have any programs that are set to check your email regularly? Such as to tell you if you have a new message.

You're found it. Now where to tell it not to check.

ANY mail checker could do that.

Gmail's little email checker that many forget about for example.
