To uninstall it must access your PC. I can't guess if this is some OpenCandy warning which does not install anything. There will be folk that say it does but that's a discussion worthy of it's own thread.
OpenCandy is pretty benign but folk that want nothing to do with it check out NINITE.COM. Here's why.

Yes, there may be some non-open-candy installer. But I rarely search those out for folk. If you want to, look around the pdf edit pages.
I downloaded an App to edit PDFs called PDF Edit by wondershare, from a site called sourceforge, a Mcafee alert popped up, I got rid
of it and downloaded it anyway. I installed it and when I tried to open it I
saw no icon on the desktop and then no program listed by that name under
programs. I checked in the programs and features of the control panel and there
it was. I started getting suspicious and decided to uninstall it but I got an
alert that it was trying to access my computer, I don't remember seeing this
alert uninstalling other software. I did a full system scan with McAfee AV+ nothing detected. What do you think? How do I determine if there is a problem or how would I get rid of it?
