If they can't repair it, in most countries they have to replace it under warranty, so yout get a nice new one. But maybe the consumer laws in Malta are different?

Hi I'm new here so any feedback is really appreciated.
I'm having issues with my Galaxy Tab 3. Bought it from the Samsung agent in Malta. This is the 2nd time I've taken it to repair and they can't seem to find out what the issue is. 1st time they changed the motherboard and battery, but after 2months it's happening again.
Basically the battery is going down from 100% to 1% within approx 40mins. Even with just the screen on and flipping through the multiple screens makes the battery drain easily. It will remain on 1% all day if I don't charge but obviously the screen is too dark and some apps don't work like video and camera. Then I leave it on standby the whole night without charging and the battery goes up again to example 86%.
Any feedback is appreciated!
