This is a new issue and if HP will not support you, I feel it is your RIGHT to return the unit for a full refund.
Why are you putting up with such lousy support?
Bob
I installed a new HP 4 in 1 printer and everything is working fine. I had to install twice to get it to work. Now I can't get rid of a popup that shows everytime I start up. The pop up says:
hpcmpmgr.exe-no disk
there is no disk in the drive\device\harddisk1\dr4
cancel...try again...continue
I have tried all three choices to no avail. I put the HP install disc in before and after startup...now what?
