When exactly does it pop up?

For example, does it pop up if you're only using MS Paint?

Internet Explorer.

Try this. Open IE's "Internet Options". That is Tools, (or the "Gear" icon), then select Internet Options.

In the new window, select the Advanced tab. Find the two entries;

Disable script debugging (Internet Explorer) and
Disable script debugging (Other).

Remove the ticks for both.

See if that fixes the messages.

Do you happen to mean this message: "A script on this page is causing Internet Explorer to run slowly. If it continues to run, your computer may become unresponsive.
Do you want to abort this script".
If so, see if finds relevant help.

The general idea, maybe:
1. Buy a computer with a faster CPU
2. Use a browser that's optimized for Javascropt (latest versions of Firefox, Chrome, Internet Explorer).
3. Give your browser more processing time by ending all background programs, including malware.

No problem for you, but just to say I have deleted a post from this thread.
