Ummm.... Just because other people use a program doesn't mean it isn't a threat. Take Internet Explorer for example. It very likely will go down in history as the single most exploited program ever created. There were times where there were 1-2 new exploits every WEEK. This went on for a year or two. Yet millions of people continued using it, and regularly had malware issues. Still do in fact.
So, what else do you have to back up your assertion that this program isn't a threat?
And if you are sure that it's a false positive, why not report it to the people who make the program reporting the false positive? That way they can update their program to correct that error.
I have had Rogers Online Protection for a while now, and a program that I regularly use is always being detected as a risk. I know it's not because many of my freinds use this program also. So my question is, how do I make Rogers Online Protection to stop showing this program as a risk?
