Stolen TV LG 32LM620S

Hi Guys,

Our family home was robbed by burglars and one of the stolen items was TV LG 32LM620S.

My questions are could LG assist and cooperate with the police in the following activities:
1) If TV enters authorized service for some repair police to be announces?
2) If TV updated its firmware, the IP address used to access LG firmware update server to be given to the authorities?
3) Some other way I am not aware of?

I have the serial number of the device and guarantee card as input info.
