Said feeds are not shared here so I have to guess that this is the usual where you need some matrix switch panel.
And to involve a computer means we have to have the digitizer for the source video (bucks there) and plenty of horsepower to do the video work in real time. This area is full of video processor boxes that run a few thousand each.
Why not prepare the show ahead of time and play it like others have in the past?

I am looking for a (hopefully relatively cheap) way to stitch together multiple video feeds into one. Specifically I need to set up 3 projectors side-by-side and be able to switch between sending 3 different feeds and sending one large feed across all 3. Is there any way to do this with just software? I know that for a proper set up I should have edge-blending projectors, but I don't, so I'm pretty much looking for a good way to fake it if possible. Also is this something I can send from one source (preferably a computer) or will I need multiple sources for the multiple feeds?
