That is a Pentium M cpu not a 4M (notebook version of Desktop pentium 4).

The specifications (5400 rpm hard drive, 64mb dedicated video, Pentium M Dothan cpu, etc) look fine but only you can determine if ordering an independent brand will be ok versus ordering from one of the large companies.

If you can find some people who have bought one or examine their warranty, etc. it might be ok for you.

However, down the road when you need components for a notebook it is easier to get it from a major manufacturer.

Daewoo and Daihatsu have now disappeared from the US so people with those cars (even though now Suzuki is selling rebadged Daewoos in some cases) are stuck for parts and repairs.
