Stewart's Motion for Second Trial Denied

A federal judge Wednesday turned down Martha Stewart's motion for a second trial based on allegations that a juror lied about his arrest record on a pre-trial questionnaire.

I guess it's time that Martha shops for some prison denim. I still think she deserves it.

Such a pity in a way.

Those that informed her and then she just panicked I guess. I read other day the stock is now back above what she sold it at.

So if she had gritted her teeth and held on, she wouldn't have lost anything at all.
