Worst case sceanrio

Worst case scenario is you fried the motherboard, but first try just turning it off, taking the battery out for maybe 10 minutes, and then putting it back in and trying to start it without the battery. A lot of times that will fix these kinds of issues, but don't be surprised if that USB port is now completely dead. And of course if it works without the battery, you can add the battery back in.

Win

Well what do you know, it starts without the battery. Awesome, thanks Jimmy. Yesterday was a bad day with an unusual amount of stuff breaking and not working. Today has started much better!
