It's rather amazing how much support people need today. Sadly almost every company is ill prepared. Your issue can be repeated with any MP3 player that didn't connect with some PC.

All over. How do you think it can be corrected?

My answer is to return such products and go with those that work or give great support.

but it's two years old. I like buying from small companies, but when this thing dies, I'm going for an ipod. I'm hoping they'll support the iphone here in VT by then.

I am the CEO of mobiblu and we tried to help you. you were arrogant, combative and dense. the site you found is the one we directed you to, you really need a sense of humor, our answerdude is too cool for you.... what you failed to acknoweldge is that we, mobiblu.biz are not the parent company but the NEW US distributor and we are doing people like you a favor to try to help you. We have none of your money and you could just contact Korea for your needs. You bit the hand of help and now are complaining online, what a turd
