I bought my first and LAST product from Dell. I spoke with enough computer techs who told me not to do it but did I listen? They were absolutely right. Nothing but problems with the laptop and the support Dell provides is only geared toward taking care of the company NOT toward the customer. I called and explained my situation and even offered to upgrade hoping for something better (even at twice the price!) and was told there was nothing they could do for me (in a robot voice) "You are over your 21 day return limit." Yep, by 20 days. Ok...they did me a favor. What garbage they sell!!!!!
I practically gave it away to get rid of it and am now shopping for an HP laptop. That's what I had before (it was a real workhorse!) and that's what I'm sticking with.
