Stationery

Mar 9, 2010 5:45AM PST

I have created a stationery theme using the TOOLS>OPTIONS>COMPOSE thread. However, whenever I create a new email, a window opens telling me that the stationery cannot be created. What step am I not following or is there a conflict with another setting in the OPTIONS window that I am not seeing?

What program do you use for email? Is it the same as what you are using to create the stationary template?

Jeff_Windows_Team, In answer to your question, I am using Windows Live Mail for my email. And, I am using the utility feature I described in my first email to establish a stationery of choice. However, after I log out of WLM and then re-open the WLM program later, it will not use the stationery I created. The window that pops up is something like "Cannot create the stationery". Any suggestions on how to create stationery and make it stick? I had no problems like this with Outlook Express. Thanks for your help. Lee
