If your talking about chkdsk running at startup look here.

Are you sure you want to do that?
Perhaps a better way is to fix what's wrong so chkdsk does not have to run.
When I start my PC with windows 7 it advices me to repair startup, if I ignore then there is no problem windows start nicely but if by chance I miss to change the option then it takes unnecessarily around half hour to perform all its cycle and then restarts the system, can this be disabled?
