as far as i know there is no way to control startup "order" but i do know that the programs in the startup folder (in the all programs menu) are among the last sets of programs to be executed. right click the startup folder and say "open" not "expand" and simply drag the shortcuts and executables to the startup folder. that may help.
HI: I have a Gateway laptop with Vista Home Premium & McAfee pre-installed on it.
I Would like to know how to Add, Remove and Change the order programs are loaded.
I get errors from GMail Notifier, among other applications that start prior to a wireless/wired connection is stablished. I would also like to load protection software prior to connecting to the internet.
Thanks
