I know PPC campaigns, but does they really work for startups or any other promotional ways are better than them. If so, tell me.

https://www.google.com/#q=define+ppc for primers on PPC but here's the rub. It takes time to build your network and sales. Those that propose you can make money from clicks and no sales have been selling a lot of snake oil for far too long.
