Startup issue when LAN connected

Sir, My computer is connected through Domain Server with LAN network. When I boot my computer this will take more the 20 minutes to go on logon screen then I login through user and password this will take also 15 minutes to appear my desktop.
But when I disconnect the LAN wire that is boot within 2 minutes.

please provide the solution for the same because to touch the LAN switch and LAN wire is restricted by Network administrator.

If so then there is little we an do to help because we cannot contravene what might be company or work policy.

Please explain your problem to the IT tech and ask him to look at the problem.
