Startup

I recently Installed Windows XP Pro on my sisters computer, it is working great, the only problem is after she shuts it down, after a while the computer boots up by itself. She does have dial up Internet access. Could it be trying to dial up when it is shut down, I have never run into this problem before.

Are you sure you're shutting down and not logging off or standby/hybernate? It's a common mistake.
