starting programs from desktop without being asked for ok...

Hello all:
i have a hp Pavilion slimline s3700y pc. O/S vista
i play a online game and would like to know if there is a way to make my program start without having to allways give my permission for the game program to start, every time i click the game icon it pops up a permission box and then ask do i want to run that program! is there a way to give my program permission to run so i dont have to ok it every time i click it?
