started to receive numerous spam email (not delivered)

by tonybrode / November 21, 2013 5:27 AM PST

I have in the last day started receiving numerous (excess 30) spam mail stating "Spam Failure notice!" some appear to be eastern European/Russian. Always very careful of sites I use but could I have got it from a friends incoming email and if so is there anti virus I can use? Many thanks Tonybrode

If I knew what you were using to read your email, I could tell you. Unfortunately you didn't say and without my crystal ball, nobody's going to be able to help you.

WLM has a spam filter, but you can add rules...
by wpgwpg / November 21, 2013 9:41 AM PST

...for further filtering. You can also check to see if your ISP (Internet Srvc Provider) has a spam filter you can activate. To create a filter with WLM, click on the Folders tab, then click Message Rules. You can filter by sender, domain or subject. It works very well for me.
Good luck.
