start up problem

I recently build a PC
Asus x99 deluxe MB
EVGA Supernova 1000 G2 80 plus power supply
Intel SSd
980 gigabyte video card
Intel Core i7-5930K Haswell
Windows 8.1
G.SKILL Ripjaws 4 32GB 4GBX8 DDR4-3000MHZ Memory Kit Blue

but the problem is when i do start the pc some time it start and it shut down then i do restart then goes to windows but some time it stays in black screen and some time it freeze in windows logo i thought it is the MB i did change that but did not solve any other suggestion please

to reset the BIOS, then go into the BIOS and make any adjustments needed and try again.

Do u mean to set the comos to default and reset it again ? i did that i even exchanged the MB and got another one but still no luck

....for each other. Possibly some problem with their installation? Bent pin on CPU? Overheating?

there is no no bent to cpu pin and no overheating cpu is cold

no cpu pin bent and no over heat it is cold but once the pc start it get no problem only start up problem
