The following are all the possible entries on startup for WordPerfect that I could find: cffrem.exe dadx.exe
NAVBROWSER.EXE CorelCENTRAL 10 I_26dadCC.exe
You might be able to identify it by clicking start, all programs, Startup. If it's listed there, R-click, select properties, find target and delete it there.
Windows XP - whenever I start up the notebook, I get a message saying "loading WordPerfect" which I keep cancelling; eventually it says needs a startup disc which I don't have. I cannot get rid of until after about 8 or 9 tries at cancelling. While on the PC, every now and then a pop up comes up saying there are incorrect start up procedures that need to be fixed - I click on "fix the problem" but the response is always it does not need to be fixed. I also tried Start, Run, Msconfig, and click on Startup, but I have no idea what to uncheck to make the problem go away.
Any suggestions??? Thank You.
