In other words
1/ are you having trouble viewing the page -
2/ does your browser goto the web page and the page fails to load -
3/ or is your browser just not automatically opening your home page at startup - and if not what page.
To do the latter - goto tools> option>under the General tab you will see home page - your home page should be listed in this box. If not, click on Restore Defaults -
If you home page is still not listed, either type the address in the box or exit options then navigate to the web page then return to the option again but this time click Use Current.
If the above is not applicable, under the Security tab you need to review your security settings - possibly setting defaults.
