Start menu and taskbar...

Is it possible to lower the taskbar while the start menu is up?

I've yet to see that effect.

And tried it in Classic Shell too. This doesn't appear to be a Windows trick. Maybe you'll need a custom app?

There is one advantage...

instead of right clicking an app in the start menu to lock on the taskbar, you can also drag and drop the app in the taskbar which I find easier to do.

... and select pin to taskbar.

I know that...

but, I can also drag and drop the app onto the taskbar. That was my point.

Just tried drag n drop...

.. no problem here. Win 10 no classic shell.
