There's an old myth about not having to reinstall apps if you do this along with some that think this can stop a virus or such.
I can't guess why anyone would do this today.
I'm about to put together my first build but have a question regarding my SSD configuration. I have a 850 EVO 500GB SSD and a 1 TB WD 7200 Black. I will be running Windows 10 Pro 64 Bit (20 GB install).
1) If I partition my SSD (C: OS and D: Programs), how much space should I leave on the OS partition. I've heard a range of opinions on this topic. I was going to allot 60 (2/3 free space) GB in total .
2) Reinstalling windows vs. Restoring to a System Image taken immediately after installation. In theory, it should have the same desired effect, but I've been told that I should always reinstall. Thought?
Thanks for any input you guys might have!
