sqmnoopt files

a have sqmnoopt files on my hard drive. I can not seem to delete them they just keep copying themselves when I try to delete. I checked the search and i found that it is related to winndows live messenger. But couldnt seem to find out what to do. I am operation windows xp.

I did what it said to disable this, but did not help. Everytime I try to delete on on these filesit copies it.

And You've Done It From Safe Mode?

Restart into Safe Mode, then delete them manually by RIGHT clicking on each file, choose "Delete" from the little menu.

How To Start In 'Safe Mode'

Of course, if it's causing you this many problems, I hope you've disabled or uninstalled Live Messenger? Uninstall it from the Control Panel/Add-Remove programs section.
