Spyware Toolbar

Please forgive me if I'm asking in the wrong place. Did lots of searching today for something and picked up a new toolar (including popups). It has no name and no uninstall button.
I went all through my startup and computer and can't find it, believe me, I did lots of searching.
I thought it was Gator, but can't find anything.
What do I do now?

If you haven't already, please download, install, update, then run the free tool below. (You'll need Windows 2000 or XP to install this one.):

Ewido/AVG Antispyware 7.5 Tool

In addition, I also run the tools below which are supported in earlier Windows operating systems as well:

Ad-Aware

I have Windows 98. This is what I learned today. This virus attacked my antivirus and my firewall. I tried to run then redownload Avast and Spybot S&D, both came through corrupted. I funally got Spy Doctor to download and run but it doesn't seen to be getting this bad boy.
It is called Winantivirus, or Win32(something).
I tried to find it myself but it is hidden and searching comes up with nothing.

I did get Spybot to load and ran it. I also ran my cache cleaner and cleared out all the temp files where it was hiding.
The Spy Doctor which is so highly rated is crap. My fingers are crossed, hoping that I got it. If not, I will try the rest of your links.
Thank you for the help.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
