Spyware Guard

Someone please help me. Noone answers me over at wilders. I want to get rid of it and the MRU blaster. It won't let me get rid of it thru add/remove programs. It is not letting me access all of my favorite web sites. Or can someone atleast help me fix it so I can get into some of my sites. One of them is Astrobingo.com (ok so I'm a bingo geek lol)

Thank you!

if it is "not letting" you go over there by way of blocking the installation of some nasties trying to unknowingly or unwantedly download its garbage, then the best way is to shut it down completely, go into task manger (ctrl alt del) and end the running process, then tick on add/remove and uninstall, but remember, it or they are only doing their jobs not allowing anything from installing to hijack your browser, i would keep them and venture over to play your bingo with Firefox, no ActiveX with that means no hijackers and most malware cannot sneak in via pop ups as Firefox has its own built in pop up blocker. http://www.mozilla.org

still having issues

In reply to: well really

That is the problem. It won't let me uninstall. When I go to add/remove programs, it says the uninstall file isn't there and it cannot uninstall.
This is why I am so frustrated.

I just redownloaded and tried thru firefox and it still isn't working. It was working on tuesday and now it isn't today.

then your going to have to reinstall it and then uninstall it again, if the uninstall log is missing, that is what the problem is. this time, make sure that it is shutdown before trying to remove via add/remove.
