Spyware for PS4

I'm getting a PS4 for my son for Christmas this year. I was wondering if there was a software/spyware program that I could purchase to install to monitor his activity. I know they have one but my dad purchased one for my brother when we were younger and it still him visit porn sites. I'd like him to stay away from those sites till he gets older. He is 9 yrs old.

https://www.google.com/search?q=parental+controls+for+ps4&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8 finds the parental controls.

The next thing is to never install these in their rooms. Put it in the open space where all can see what's on the screen.
