Spyware Doctor

Could someone tell me why Spyware Doctor keeps trying to start & restart for about four minutes on boot up, I have XP home on an E4026 80gb hard drive, Machine, Mcaffee anti virus, windows defender, A2 Squared, windows firewall,

If Spyware Doctor and Windows Defender are both loading at the same time during startup, it can cause issues. If you also have other antispyware tools like McAfee's antispyware and A squared loading, you've got issues.. You can still keep them all installed but try running only one of them at startup in "realtime". Use the others to run manual scans occasionally.
