Spyware

What's the best spyware removal software out there? I have McAfee virus protection. Should I upgrade and get the security suite? Or,I thought about trying Spyware Doctor. Does anyone have any suggestions.

Sorry but you posted in the wrong section, can someone move this thread to help this dude out?

Go to CNETS downlaoad.com there are alot of great programs there, I reccomend Spyware Doc and Ad-Aware SE Personal Edition. They are both free on cnets download.com. Also google up AVG, another great tool.
