spysherrif

I installed "spy sherrif" but then found out it is itself a spyware program. I went to a site called "highjack this" to remove any programs that i could not remove through "add or remove". All were removed but I am still being charged for this program. I tried e-mailing them with no response. There is no phone number to contact them. Is there a site on the internet that handles fraud like this. I removed it an hour after I installed it. I'm using "Pest Patrol " now. My PC was really messed up after I installed spy sherrif....all is fine now. I just hate getting ripped off by companies like this. Any help would be appreciated.
