Clearly Majorgeeks has it, but I can't find it anywhere on Spybot's main website at the link below. How did you find out about it?:

Just curious whether this was some sort of beta, even though it says "Final". I also want to know more about supported operating systems and whether the definition updates would still apply to version 1.2, or whether 1.3 would be required now.

I was following a thread in the Spybot S&D forum as I had the "rc" version - Patrick decided to not go to rc.6 but release the FINAL version of 1.3 - well, then there was a long thread - and finally Majorgeeks were the first ones to agree to upload the new version.

I just saw now there is also an official US spybot mirror:

well i have all my hair its white and boss told me get a hair cut i said its only down to my waist in a pony tail he said are you? i said on june 4th he said thats the day your quiting i said and:)

can this be installed overtop of teh 1.2? or does 1.2 need to be uninstalled 1st?

You can install over top of 1.2

Note during install. It's recommended that if you've been using 1.3 RC's to uninstall them first. If you've been holding out with 1.2, You can safely upgrade (Install over) the old version. Meshes together perfectly. Also, BE SURE YOU REBOOT after install to prevent errors related to "User Abort".
