Spybot S&D question!!!

Hi...just installed spybot S&D a week ago as suggested here, works great but whenever I have finished running it and try to get into outlook express or back on the internet I can't, Only when I reboot does everything go back to normal...any reason? am I doing something wrong here? also it always shows a pop up saying that I have Ad-aware installed, I removed that months ago from my add&remove feature, where can I go to remove this completely? I have all the current updates from microsoft/spybot...you guys are great here thanks in advance!!!

try installing regcleaner 4.3 this should rid you alll remnants from previously uninstalled software and return things to normal again
