Error retrieving update into file. Won't give me updates.

Is this my problem or theirs?

I can't get into their forum or homepage either, looks like server maintenance. Finjan and Dr Web show them as off line.

The database has encountered a problem.
Please try the following:

* Load the page again by clicking the Refresh button in your web browser.
* Open the forums.spybot.info home page, then try to open another page.
* Click the Back button to try another link.

The forums.spybot.info forum technical staff have been notified of the error, though you may contact them if the problem persists.

Try using a different update site listed in the program.

And without success. So I tried the forum, and the home page. Appears their servers are down. Quite unusual. No enlightenment from a Google search. Best try again later.

Update

I decided to uninstall and then reinstall. It uninstalled ok but would not reinstall. It said something abut tryint to connect to 89.238.64.39 but couldn't.
I'll try to reinstall it later Thanks.

It's probably trying to connect

for updates during the re-install which it can't do because their server is down. It will probably work fine once they fix that I would think.
