Hi,

What you posted is the log session of Spy Sweeper. It means Spy Sweeper found and sweeped (removed) those items. You should ask your sister to restart her system then run Spy Sweeper again to make sure it is clear now or run another anti-spyware program like Aluria free scanner - http://www.spywareeliminator.com/downloadtrial.html or Ad-aware - http://www.lavasoftusa.com/software/adaware/ or Spybot S&D - http://spybot.safer-networking.de/ to find out if there other spies installed that was not detected by other anti-spyware programs.

Lisa,

tell her to delete everything - BUT she should make a "backup" in case something goes wrong !!

SpySweeper automatically put all items that you will ask to be deleted in the Quarantine. This is called backup. Once a user decided to permanently delete the spywares or traces, the user must go to SpySweeper>Quarantine to delete them permanently.
