Spy Bot Search and Destroy

by lilsexyliz504 / August 22, 2006 5:44 AM PDT

Each week or so I run a scan with Ad-Aware SE and Spy Bot. I have been scanning for about a year. Spy Bot never detects anything. The message always says "no threats were found". Is that possible?

I let SS+D fly once a month and AAW when ever it updates.

Neither one seems to find anything.

I suppose that could mean that both progs are broke or it could mean that there is nothing to find.

I'll go with nothing to find as the machine seems to work well.

That's A GOOD Thing...

Surf safely and you shouldn't find anything. Take all the appropriate steps and you should be safe.. If you don't use Internet Explorer, or you have Spybot set to "Immunize" then you won't find problem cookies and the antispyware tools should prevent you from catching any problem malware.

I run a number of antimalware scanners on my personal computers and I don't find anything either..

Hope this helps.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
