I've been with them for eight years. Their plans are great, the coverage is better than I expected and their equipment is cutting edge. I have an HTC/Audiovox "Apache" PPC6700 and, albeit some of its own special quirks, it is really just a great bit of technology coupled with their EV-DO networks.
In all, I'd say Sprint PCS is just great-so long as you don't have to deal with any of their customer service reps. For the most part, they're idiots. Dealing with Sprint PCS customer service is truly a test of patience. Once in a while you can wade through the BS and get a rep or tech who will bend over backward to make things right. There is a lot of inconsistency with Sprint PCS but that isn't always a bad thing. Sometimes when you have something good on your plate and you slip through the cracks it's nice when they're in the process of changing things across the board (on a frequent basis, I might add).
