i have been with sprint for 2 years. recently i called to cancel my son's phone which was stolen. the outsourced rep gave me a new 2 year contract without even informing me. numerous calls to customer service got outsourced people who could not / would not fix this. even an official consumer fraud complaint to the president of sprint went unanswered. now i have to find a new carrier, and fight with them when they try to enforce this fraudulent contract that i never agreed to. so stay as far away from sprint unless you like very big headaches
