Spoofing MAC number

Some one was unauthorized connected to my wifi (Jiofi). I have blocked him using MAC number filter.Now can he change his MAC number using MAC number spoofing and again can connect to my wifi? if yes then how to stop it?

Absolutely and now it's built into many OSes.

Both Apple and Windows now can randomize the MAC address so blocking by MAC address is just broken.

Are you using WPA2 at least?

change the SSID,

the password for the encryption might be enough to do it.
