Go to top of forum page and use the search bar for "computer restarts". Otherwise we need more info about when this happens and PC info. It could be a heat problem, screensaver problem, other... CEBCAK, critical error between chair and keyboard.

Looks like you have enough poop to your PC to handle most stuff. Look at the game system requirements. Sometimes they list higher specs than actually needed, to protect themselves, but sometimes they haven't fully checked the software with most video cards.
Sometimes a PC operation will pop up a warning dialog about illegal operation, which can be many things including an overload caused by software needs.
Somwtimes not and you get a shutdown. I've seen many posts about operation problems with game software. In the past few years, makers are more interested in getting games to market too fast, and then fix them later. See if the maker site or some game site has a clue to this problem. I hardly see specific fixes here except main hardware and OS advice.
There can also be cross-purpose applications starting with windows and messing with your game or otherwise. Use start>run>msconfig>startup to look at things you can stop from starting-running at bootup.
The rest is the same old stuff about what may be getting hot.
